4 months!
Height 25 1/4 inches 70%
Weight 15 lbs 9 oz. 72%
Head 43 cm 75%
He is growing and developing really well!
He likes to talk and smile and grab anything that is in his reach he has two toys hanging in his car seat and as soon as he gets in it he holds onto those two toys (one in each hand.) even while he is sleeping.
He is starting to stand pretty good. when he is fussy if we just let him stand he stops. he loves to stand. The other day I rested him against the ottoman and he was holding on and standing all on his own. He is pretty strong.
once a day at night he gets bottle fed instead of nursed (from breast milk Ive pumped.) and about half the time he hold his own bottle. It is the sweetest thing.
He has started to teeth! not so fun! he gnaws on his hand and fingers my hand and fingers... and teething toys for relief. I put numbing stuff on his gums all the time. he will have a good day and then a bunch of not so good days. Ive been just waiting for them to pop up and announce their arrival!
When he turned 4 months I was going to start solids. So he has had rice cereal for a couple days now. And surprisingly he has done pretty good.
He has been trying to roll over from his back to his stomach but hasn't mastered that yet!
He has also been trying to sit on his own. Trying is the key word, not doing it yet. I am predicting soon!

it's all over
So it's official, I put in my notice with SkyWest and told them I didn't want to come back to work. I turned in my SLC airport badge, my SkyWest crew badge, my parking pass for the Salt Lake airport, my uniforms, and my manual.
(this is me at my graduation almost 4 years ago when I completed my flight attendant training)
Me and my class I went through flight attendant training with.
This is another picture of me after flight attendant graduation.
It's official after almost 4 years, I am no longer a flight attendant.

Surprising this has come with mixed emotions, I didn't want to go back to work, I could never have left my little guy at home! I have the hardest time leaving him for a few hours let alone leave for a few days at a time!
I will miss some things while others I will not miss at all! The whole time change thing and having to adapt your self to go to sleep early one night and stay up late another night. Waking up early on a cold morning in freezing places like Canada and having to wait for the airplane to warm up! The crazy life style of living out of a suit case (hated that! but I got really good at packing!) flying to a different city every night. Meeting all sorts of new and interesting people.
I will miss the crews that I used to fly with. There were a lot of fun times and I am so glad for the experiences I had while I was employed with SkyWest, I grew a lot, became a lot more brave, (I can admit, I am a big baby) I got to go on several vacations to a lot of different places. I will miss my benefits! The next time we have a family vacation and we either have to drive or buy plane tickets that will kill me!
I am SO SO glad I get to stay home and I don't have to work any more, Before I got pregnant work got to the point were I was dreading to have to go the next morning! I would literally get sick to my stomach! So I am happy I don't have to do that anymore, but also in a way I am kind of sad to see that part of my life ending. To know that never again will I get up in front of hundreds of people daily and demonstrate the seat belt and oxygen mask! It was a chapter in my book of life I will look back on with fond memorise!

slc trip
So last weekend when we went up to salt lake we got to see little cousin Lilly. She is 5 weeks older then William. We have seen her a handfull of times since Will's been born and every time she was bigger then him. This time when we saw her William and her were very close to the same size but he has past her up in weight. He will always be bigger then her, from now on out.
Lillian Elizabeth Stott, and William Randall Stott. We often have tonge twisters when we say "lil" and "Will". We didn't realise how close their names were going to be!
They are too cute together! Stott Babies!
Holding hands!
They even got to take a bath together! And Lilly was nice enough to share her room with us and let William sleep in her crib! Thanks guys it was a lot of fun!
This is Aunt Sydne, Grandmas Stott, Brandon's Mom Jolene Cousin Jessica with her newest little girl Layla, Me and will, and my sister in law Ellie with baby Lillian.

First Plane Ride
We went up to Salt Lake last weekend for a family wedding and mission farewell, Brandon's parents were in Utah for it so we thought it would be a good time to have a lot of Brandon's family see our new addition and to use our flight benefits while I still had them, and have William take his first flight!
Brandon doesn't like flying, actually he hates the whole "travel" part. The going through security, and the crowded airports and the crowded seats, taking a baby put a whole new twist on it! :) This was us right after we went through security in our cute little airport here in St. George.
reading up on his emergency procedures
Flight Attendant mommy making sure he is prepared in the event of an emergency
Reading Sky Mall with mommy
Taking a nap with daddy! Traveling is exhausting!
As always William was absolutely perfect. He looked around and enjoyed his scenery and then fell asleep on the flight. I'd like to think it will always be this easy but I know that is just wishful thinking! :) babies become toddlers!

Friends
So some friends of ours had a baby just 6 weeks after us and now they are friends because their parents are friends. I am sure they will be hanging out and growing up together. We are excited for the day when they are old enough to sit and play together, for now laying next to each other will have to do.
William is thinking "what's his problem?"
