cops and robbers

these pics crack me up soooo bad... My mother in law brought William this Cop outfit when she came out last month, as soon as he opened it I knew we would use it for Halloween.  It is SO great. he wears it well, Tells EVERYONE he sees "I'm a police officer" and "I have a gun" and then... "I'm 2 years old".. it is SO hilarious! we also had the idea of putting a mustache on him to complete the outfit! It is SO funny how much a little eyeliner on a mustache can change a person so much! I couldn't even take a picture of him with out laughing my pants off! I love it! and then my little Robber.. Lucas fits the bill perfectly.  He has hit the 18 month starting to get naughty stage. haha.... he is still a doll, but sometimes likes to test me! I love them! they are so cute, this was at a neighborhood block party this week.

every time he would pose he had to pose with his gun! love it!
This cop outfit is from Europe. So there for came with a grenade! haha

lucas' costume was put together with a glue gun. It was a total last minute throw together with the help of my sister Tiffany.  I have just been too sick and never got around to it. and I didn't have a sewing machine at my house. haha but it's been holding up really well!

BTW....

Our precious little bundle growing inside of me is going to be a girl!..... Still trying to get used to the idea, and trying to get used to words like "she" "her" and "daughter" so different! I have to change my whole mind set! Brandon is thrilled to be having a little girl! I am just SO happy I got a 100% approval from the ultra sound tech!  She said with out a doubt it's a girl! So we are going with that.  We did have a name picked out from when we were pregnant with William, and then we found out it was a boy and didn't need it, and the same thing happened with Lucas. and now that we ARE pregnant with a girl Brandon wants to pick a new name... haha! so well see, it's back to the drawing board for us! so suggestions are always welcome.

one of their favorite past times

The boys love to play horsey with their daddy, Brandon gets abused daily.  Good thing he loves his kids so much.
one of the many empty rooms in our house.  (the formal dining room) we don't have any furniture in it, or in the living room next to it.  The boys play soccer, football, baseball, golf, and use it as their dance floor, you name it, I think they will be sad the day we actually furnish the place!
lucas' cheese face! it kills me.

Brielle Hope

Brittany had her baby last week, Little Brielle, she weighed in at 7 lbs 10 oz and 19 1/2 inches long. the same exact measurements as William. she has already changed a bunch since she came home from the hospital.  She is a whole 5 days old now.  so fun!

not a great pic of the baby she was starting to get upset I think, but Lucas was so curious, and interested in the baby.
William, he is such a great big brother and such a good helper to me!
Me holding Brielle for the first time after she was a few hours old.

so since Brittany was in the hospital that meant I had all of her kids at my house for a few days last week! I swear I felt like all I did was make food and clean it up and put it away.  The kids loved having company for a few days and Brittany's kids liked having a sleep over at their cousins house!  I was sooo tired, and sick! and ready for a weekend, and then I ended up taking two of her kids photo shoots on Saturday! I was exhausted by the end of the night!

The other day....

All of Williams Jerseys are getting too small and have migrated their way to Lucas' closet, he gets SO sad when I tell him he cant wear it and it is too small.  A week ago My mom Mallory and I all went garage selling, I made out with a few treasures, including this NFL jersey in Williams size. It's still almost too small and wont fit him long but I am sure he will get plenty use out of it before it goes t Lucas. It's a Chicago Bears player, I had to call Brandon and ask him if it was a good player and weather we wanted our son to be wearing his name on his back.  I didn't want to put it on my son and find out he was in the news for some scandalise trial he was going through. HAHA.  But I got the OK from Brandon that he was one of the best in the league.  I asked the lady running the garage sale how much she wanted for it, and she said a quarter! I almost said NO here take a dollar! (but i didn't) haha!! Now I love it even more!
This top picture Mallory took with her phone and sent to me.  So not the best quality but I didn't have one of them together. and I love it.
this picture is William helping me out before the photo shoots the other day of his cousins. I needed a model to check lighting.. he was posing for me.
during Brielle's shoot Lucas woke up from his nap and had to come say hi to his mama, I snapped a few pics of him with his funny "just woke up" look.
this is Lucas' new "cheese" face.  He started doing it for Mallory the other day and now every time we get the camera out he does this face! soooo funny... it's like his fake smile. but still sooo cute! haha

15 weeks

I was 15 weeks as of yesterday.  According to baby center the baby is the size of an apple.  We have an appointment on Tuesday to find out the sex.  I am so nervous it's going to be too early and I am going to get a "yea it's probably that" I want to be sure 100%. We are super excited to find out what we are having. I am still super sick and puke all the time.  This week has been rough and I have been puking up my breakfast and lunch most days. I am ready to start having some better days.  I hope it happens sooner then later.  With my past pregnancy's I usually start to get a little relief about 20-22 weeks and then I start to have a few good days scatted amongst the bad days. we'll see what happens with this one.  I'll let you know our results on Tuesday!

visit from Grandma

two weekends ago Brandon's mom flew out to Utah for a quick trip to see her children and grandchildren, she drove down to St. George and spent Saturday and Sunday with us.  Brandon's Brother Steven also came down with his daughter Lilly.  It was fun to have visitors and hang out with people we don't get to see very often.  William was so happy to see his grandma and loved the attention.  These pictures just crack me up, I love them!

Even though Lucas didn't look at the camera I love this picture of Grandma and William together I also think they kinda look alike in this picture. haha... it's darling!
This was saying good buy to Grandma.  She drove back up to prove/salt lake area to visit another day or two before she flew back east to spend a few days with Brandon's sisters and then took the long journey back home.
don't mind how gross I look, a pregnant lady should never take a picture straight on, I should have turned to the side a little or something? haha! but Williams little hand on his grandmas cheek is adorable! love it!

a little b-ball out back

I cant even say the "other day" cause that would be a stretch I have been meaning to blog forever and I finally just said I am going to do a new post! I have to! I took a bunch of pictures a couple weeks ago when Brandon took the boys out back to play a little basketball.  One of their very favorite things to do! a word Lucas says about a million times a day "basketball" often times pointing out to the back yard.  I haven't been doing too well at taking pictures of my kids lately and so when they were all out there playing I decided to grab my camera.  I took a bunch and it was hard to narrow some down to post, they were (to me) all adorable. love my boys to pieces!

when I let William dress him self 90% of the time he will pick this jersey, haha it's getting too small but he loves his "baseball" shirt.
my little lucs... so funny these days...
love the boys faces in this picture, it cracks me up.
hahaha William wanted to take a picture with his brother, I said ok stand next to him and put your arm around him, Lucas was NOT having it, he was screaming in protest in this picture!
William loves to play, but we only have a bigger ball after a few shots his arms get tired, haha... we need to get one his own size.
 love this picture!
look at that form! what an athlete in the making!
he wanted to take a picture of him and his dad.
I don't know why but Lucas has been doing this little stance lately, it is so funny, I love it.
we wanted to take a cool pic of Brandon dunking it.  We wont mention it is on the smaller rim.  haha, like you didn't know already, but it's a pretty cool picture right? haha
he would finally get the ball and then take off running with it every time like, haha I finally got it! I was chasing him down during this picture!
William said mom take some pictures of me.  So I was taking a bunch of pictures of him, like a bunch! haha, and he was like no more pictures mom, no more pictures! if I would sneak one he would say no mom, no more pictures. haha!
love these last two.

love my kids so much! wish I felt better to enjoy our days more often! I just keep having to remind my self that it will pass and it will get better some day....
